With its fifth season just finishing, Fox has announced an encore for the summer season beginning on June 16th. It's offering the series in a back-to-back format on Friday nights. The move is to keep its interest and brand in the mind of viewers as it prepares for the next season to start in January 2007.
This is also an attempt to get more viewers to view the series on TV, rather than its other online channels. Episodes are currently available from iTunes and MySpace.com.
The show saw a 12 percent increase in ratings in the 18-to-49 demographic over last season, which is unusual for a series in its fifth season.
