With a network that has become popular through being a leader in pop culture, MTV sure took a long time to enter into the competitive reality show genre.
Now they are finally responding with a new show called 'Moves'. Jennifer Lopez was picked to be the new show's producer.
The premise of the show is that they take six people who dance like crazy with the pupose of making it big in the dance industry. It is hinted that J.Lo. will probably make a few appearances throughout the series. The show will span over eight episodes.
This should be a good move and successful for them as dance is always fun to watch and desired to see by consumers and the more successful reality shows are those that involve competitions. This should especially appeal to younger audiences and people who love and dance and have that secret desire to make it big.
