It was a long road to the top of the charts for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, taking 23 years to get there. Now that they're there, they aren't ready to give it up yet. For the second straight week, the Stadium Arcadium cd held on to the number one spot on the charts as of May 21. It sold another 157,000 units, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
"Dani California" Stadium Arcadium's top single, is also still on the top of the Modern Rock radio chart. Opening at number one six weeks ago, it still remains there. It is also moving up on the Hot 100, now at number six.
Cam'ron's Killa Season, with close to 114,000 units sold came in at the number 2 spot.
