
The Motion Picture Group, Inc. (MPRG), a production finance and services company, announced today that its Common Stock has obtained a dual listing and is now quoted on The Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB:M5Y.F), one of the world's largest trading centers for securities. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange facilitates advanced electronic trading, settlement and information systems making it able to meet the steadily growing requirements of cross-border trading.
Pliny Porter, Henri Kessler and Scott Franklin are the creators and founders of the company and formed it serve the needs of the international entertainment industry. Their purpose is to finance and produce commercially viable films for the international and domestic markets.
The TMPG management team has been involved in 25 films that have an international revenue of over $1 billion. In addition, they received the Sundance Grand Jury Prize, Cannes Camera d’Or, IFP Gotham Award, and were nominated for an IFP Independent Spirit Award and the Academy Award for Best Foreign Film.
