African-American homes will grow about the same rate as the overall U.S. population at 1.3 percent.
Nielsen estimates that for the 2006-2007 TV season Hispanic and Asian households will increase by 3.6 percent. This will raise Hispanic TV viewers to 11.63 million and Asian viewers to 4.37 million. The Hispanic rate of growth for the last three years is over 12 percent.
