She has been already doing this with Boston Red Sox baseball games, as we talked about before here at bizofshobiz. She is offering cocktails, waiter service, and high-quality food.
What they also did was to try to create the game atmosphere in the theater by selling hot dogs, peanuts, beer, and souvenirs. In contrast to the normal desire for quiet in a theater while watching a movie, in this case they encouraged the fans to let it out more, and be more loose and enjoy the experience.

Cinema is going to have to increasingly look for these types of deals to be able to survive in the future. I like what National Amusements is trying in their theaters.
