
For the second straight week, Sacha Baron Cohen's "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" took the No. 1 box office spot, with an estimated $29 million for the weekend. The 10-day total for the movie stands at $67.8 million.
Last weeks top three movies all stayed in the same positions as Disney's "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause" retained it No. 2 position with its $16.9 million and Paramount-DreamWorks animated offering "Flushed Away" kept its third place rating, coming in with $14.1 million.
"Stranger Than Fiction," starring Will Ferrell, was the top new movie as it opened up with a No. 4 start.
