Happy Feet confirmed that as they kept their first place finish in their second weekend, lengthening their lead over "Bond." They finished up with an estimated $38 million, making their total $100.1 million from its opening. That's only an 8% drop from last weekend, a strong hold on the public interest.
Casino Royale retained its strong hold on second place taking in around $31 million for the weekend. It's now at $94.2 million, with no competition in its space until December 8th when Blood Diamond opens.
The third place finisher for the weekend was Deja Vu in its opening, taking in $20.8 million.
