
The Sundance Film Festival extended its online coverage as it made a deal with Yahoo (YHOO) to offer online footage of behind the scenes action at the event. Beginning on Thursday, Yahoo starting adding the video clips of the festival.
Included with the behind the scenes look, there will be other video clips of "films, shorts, documentaries and filmmaker biogrphies."
Sundance has also made a deal with YouTube that has been going on for about a week. That deal involved YouTube created a branded Sundance content area, which includes past festival footage, profiles of some of the filmmakers and other content of interest.
Another recently created branded site for the Sundance Festival is AOL's Moviefone that has the general content others offer, along with photos and blogs of the live event.
If you want a more indepth look at the festival there should be enough at these sites for the most diehard film fan.
