According to Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, she has died after collapsing at a hotel and being rushed to a hospital, she was 39 years old.
"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Reports are that she was unresponsive after collapsing and then was take to a 
hospital while she was staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, said hotel officials said.
TMZ said, "People is reporting that Anna's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was not with her at the time. Sources tell the magazine that she is being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, a high-ranking Bahamian official who is a close friend of Smith's."
