Walking out on to the couples driveway, Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James found a female intruder lying on the couples' driveway.
Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino told People that "At around 10:40 a.m. James found the suspect, Marcia Valentine, lying on their driveway. He told her to leave, but instead she got into her 2004 silver Mercedes and tried to run him over three to four times. ...Valentine tried to kill him."
Valentine actually got away when she fled the couple's house. The next day though an officer who knew what car she drove saw it and arrested her on the 
charges of assault with a deadly weapon. They allowed her to post bail for $25,000. I bet that makes James and Bullock feel safe. A court date of May 22 has been set for her.
This isn't the first incident between Valentine and Bullock, as she's stalked her before.
I guess I'm not getting this. A previous stalker let go on small bond after assault with a deadly weapon?
