Fox News Channel (NWS-A) has landed the first exclusive interview with former Imus producer and right-hand man Bernard McGuirk. The interview is scheduled for Thursday night, April 26, with Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes on the Hannity and Colmes show.
While there was no known pressure from the outside to fire McGuirk, it was preventative maintenance by the network to prevent more controversial confrontations. McGuirk actually precipitated the whole dialog that ended with 
both him and Imus getting fired. More than likely once things settled down, that would have been the next thing discovered and would have began the whole process going again.
For McGuirk, this will be the first comments he publicly makes since he was fired from "Imus in the Morning." the interview will be live.
