What in the world someone sees in Mike Tyson being part of a promotional video for an upcoming Bollywood film is beyond me, but it's going to happen.

The former heavyweight boxing champion has been picked to appear with Bollywood action hero Sunny Deol, who will star as a boxer in the upcoming film "Fool and Final."

N. Chattani, who is over marketing said, "It's finalized. Tyson will be shooting the music promo with the entire cast."

When asked why the brought in Tyson, Chanttani added: "The movie is a laugh riot, and the filmmakers thought Tyson would be great in the promo." 

While most of us in the U.S. probably don't get this, Tyson may be perceived differently from other countries, which evidently is the case here. When you think of promoting a comedy, the name Mike Tyson wouldn't be the first thought to come to our minds.

Producing the film will be Firoze Nadiadwala, and Ahmed Khan will be directing it.
