Simon Cowell has been gradually moving up the financial ladder in Britain, as he's now the 700th richest in the country with a net worth of $200 million, just passing by Robbie Williams who is worth $190 million. His assets grew by over $80 million in this year alone.
Concerning Robbie Williams, Cowell said that the singer needed to 'get a grip' rather than go into drug rehab. Williams has dropped to 755 on the Sunday Times Rich List.
The main source of Cowell's income are his hit shows from his British production company, along with the tremendous success of "American Idol." The vast majority of the millions he makes comes from those two entities.
Cowell sighed in relief when Sanjaya was finally voted off of "American Idol" last week.
