The life of Anna Nicole Smith will be played by Willa Ford, who is known for her multiplatinum single, "I Wanna Be Bad," a single from her album "Willa Was Here." She has also appeared on the third season of "Dancing With the Stars."
The Daily Variety reports that the independent film will cover her life from 17 until her death at 39 in February. It will include "her success as a Playboy centerfold, Guess model and actress, her marriage to billionaire oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, the death of her son and her own death five months after giving birth to a baby girl, Dannielynn."
With the recent revelation that Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn, I would think that it would be added to the movie that will begin shooting in about a week.
Producing the film will be Jack and Joseph Nasser with the executive producer being Elie Samaha. Directing will be Keoni Waxman.
Ford is now working on her second album and is engaged to Dallas Star hockey player Mike Modano.
