
Fox won the important 18-49 key demo on Thursday night as they started up their summer season with reality show "So You Think You Can Dance."
Nielsen showed the 90-minute premiere winning the 8 to 9:30 time slot with a 3.6/12 share in the 18-49 group, with total viewership reaching 9.2 million. Also performing pretty good for Fox (NWS-A) was their new "On the Lot" which had an average of 2.1/6 in the 18-49 and 5.2 million viewers from 9:30 to 10.
In second place in the 18-49 was CBS (CBS-A) which showed the series finale of "King of Queens" again, which drew a 2.1/7, and 6.3 million overall viewers. The network also had strong showings from other repeats as "CSI" finished with 4.0/12, with 13.8 million overall viewers, and "Shark" with 3.0/9, and 11.1 million overall viewers.
ABC (DIS) didn't do as well with their repeats as "Ugly Betty" was only able to garner 1.6/5 in 18-49, and 5.4 million overall viewers. "Grey's Anamtomy" didn't do much better, as they came in at 1.8/5 in the 18-49, and 5.2 million overall.
The top show for NBC (GE) was a repeat of "The Office," which finished with 2.2/7 in 18-49, and 4.5 million overall viewers.
For the night in the 18-49, the networks finished like this: Fox, 3.2/10; CBS, 3.0/9; Univision, 1.9/6; ABC, 1.8/6; NBC, 1.8/6; CW, 0.8/3.
