In response to Paris Hilton violating her probation, prosecutors in Los Angeles have recommended that Hilton be jailed for 45 days in a county jail.
When Hilton was arrested last September, she was ordered to enroll in an alcohol education class within a period of 21 days, and given a 36 month probation.
Hilton is scheduled to appear in a Los Angeles court on Friday where a judge could sentence her to jail. The original sentence was suspended after she was placed on probation in January.
Not only are the prosecutors recommending jail time for her, but they are also asking that her drivers license be suspended, that she be banned from drinking alcohol for a period of 90 days, and that her car that she was driving be impounded.
She was stopped by police in February where show was found to be driving without headlights and with a suspended license.
A source told Britain's More magazine: "Paris says if she goes to jail, even for just a day, her life will be over." I wonder if she calls what she's been living a life?
