Disney (DIS), via its Walt Disney Studios, has signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with the legendary Stan Lee and his POW! Entertaiment Inc. production company.
It seems that Lee and his company are given almost carte blanche to create and produce entertainment across the multitude of Disney platforms and outlets.
Stan Lee is the originator of Spider-Man, X-Men and the Fantastic Four, among a number of others, which of course have went far beyond his comic book sphere to reach the world.
With Disney running on all cylinders, this should be a good working and creative relationship. I'm looking forward to what creatively comes out of this partnership.
