At a news conference in Berlin on Friday, Jeffrey Katzenberg said there will definitely be more "Shreks" to come. With the success of "Shrek the Third," it looks like the franchise has some more legs to it as viewers continue to watch what will become of their beloved characters.
Katzenberg stood alongside "Shrek" stars Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz and Mike Myers promoting the animated feature, which is set to premiere on June 21 in Germany.
Surprisingly, Katzenberg gave a little hint of what the next installment of the story
will entail, as he said that Shrek would have to face a difficult part of his past. He wouldn't dangle any other tidbits before the crowd than that.
There will be an animated TV special called "Shrek" the Halls," with the regular characters of the movie included in this holiday half-hour special.

I think the Shriek movie that I have seen was not bad. But enough already! I am sure that Jeffrey can be more creative than that. he can creative something else that is new. If there is anymore shriek, I am going to see a shrink! There are too many numbing movies coming out from Hollywood these days, all with the same plot line, special effect overload , gross, repugnant and downright loony. Enough already!
