With the words from Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer: "The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith." Paris Hilton screamed!
On hearing the decision, Hilton also cried out, "It's not right!" and called for her mommy.
The judge was evidently furious with Sheriff Lee Baca's decision to released Hilton because of an unspecified medical condition, saying, "I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions. At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home."
Earlier in the day when the police came and got her for the hearing, it was a zoo at her home as paparazzi followed the police car and news helicopters were buzzing around overhead getting live coverage of the incident.
The hearing was called by the city attorney's office after the Sheriff released her. The office also called for Baca to be held on contempt charges, but the judge took no action on the request.
Hilton looked back as deputies were on each side of her holding her arms as they removed her from the courtroom to go back to jail.
Poor little rich girl. It looked like she putting on an audition for the next part she has in mind to play.
