While the cast the upcoming sequel to the "Indiana Jones" is starting to fill in, one former member won't be returning, as Sean Connery says that "...retirement is just too damned much fun."
"I get asked the question so often, I thought it best to make an announcement," Connery, 76, said in a statement posted on the "Indiana Jones" Web site. "I thought long and hard about it, and if anything could have pulled me out of retirement it would have been an `Indiana Jones' film."
Shia Lebeouf and Cate Blanchett have been on board for awhile, now John Hurt and Ray Winstone will also be joining the cast, along with Harrison Ford.
About all that can be gotten out of George Lucas, Steven Spielberg or Harrison Ford is that the film will be set sometime after World War II.
The filmmmakers say that they want to keep some of the secrets to surprise the fans.
Shooting will begin around June 18, while the film is set for release on May 22, 2008.
