On Wednesday, the final taping of "The Price is Right" with Bob Barker has been completed. Because of the practice of CBS (CBS-A) sending out more tickets than the 325-seat studio can handle, some people have been camping out since Saturday to ensure they were able to be part of the Barker's historical send-off.
While the fans are looking forward to participating in the last opportunity to get prizes with Barker as the host, the vast majority simply want to say thanks and good bye.
While the final show will be aired on June 15. The 83-year-old Barker, who's been with the show for 35 years, will officially retire starting Thursday.
while there has been no replacement named, it will have to be soon with only a little over a week until the new shows are completed.
