Feeling drained from the endless number of paparazzi and press following her around, Hayden Panettiere says she wishes she had the real power of invisibility to get away from them.
Panettiere, who plays Claire Bennet on the popular NBC "Heroes" show, has the screen ability to regenerate after being injured, i.e. she's immortal.
Not being used to being under this type of scrutiny, she said: "Obviously we can blame most of it on the people who are doing the bad things that they're not supposed to be doing. But with cameras in your face all the time, it leaves you no room to mess up even slightly.
"If I could lock up my door, and drive my car out of my (driveway) and not be followed by paparazzi, I would be a very happy person."
When you realize she's only 17-years-old, and will probably go through this for the rest of her life, it does give one pause if fame is all its cracked up to be. It seems Hayden is having second thoughts.
