No it's not a part in an upcoming big hit movie, although it's connected to big hits: Alyssa has landed a post-season correspondent job for major league baseball, on MLB.com and their new broadband channel TBS Hot Corner.
Alyssa isn't just eye candy for baseball, this lady knows her chosen sport.
If you've ever followed her baseball blog, Touch 'Em All, she's up there with the best of them in knowing what the players are able to do.
"I'm such a fan and I know our starting rotation so well that within our division I pretty much know what pitches the pitchers are going to throw to what batters," says Milano.
She adds that she goes online "about twelve times a day" to check out the stats.
Alyssa's job will include interviews with coaches and players, and will also offer lifestyle segments. Her coverage will include the American and the National Leagues.
Oh, her other job? She'll be a few episodes of "My Name is Earl" this year, and is starring in the upcoming film "Pathology," scheduled to be released in November.
