Britney Spears lost her manager and also her attorney representing her in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Her management company said in a statement: "It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears. We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job. We wish Britney the best."
Not too long before in the day, her attorney Laura Wasser also stepped down, not really saying the reason why, only commenting, "I don't want anyone to perceive that we're dumping Britney." I wonder what you would call that then?
Spears will now be represented legally by Marci Levine and Melvin Goldsman who won custody for David Hasselhoff in the summer.
It looks like all of this is the continual meltdown of Britney. Stories say in the case of her former attorney and management team, it was her battles with them that resulted in them leaving.
If that wasn't enough for the day, at a court hearing, former bodyguard Tony Barretto was presented as the secret witness, who said he was concerned about "drug use, nudity and safety issues" by Spears in front of her children.
