Poor little rich girl Paris Hilton may be getting a little richer with her lawsuit against the Hallmark greeting card company for using her image in a photo on a card, along with her trademarked phrase "That's Hot."
Hilton claims in the complaint that her privacy has been invaded with the card and her image misappropriated.
In the suit Hilton is seeking a minimum of $500,000 in damages and a permanent injunction which would forbid the company from using her name and likenes again.
The card itself (below), shows Hilton in her first day on the job as a waitress. It was marketed and distributed from the early part of 2007 and still is on sale today.
This must have been exasperating for poor Paris.
