
The recent Bill Maher show was interrupted over a about a 4-minute period by the 9/11 Truthers, continually challenging Maher on what is called building No. 7, which collapsed during the September 11, 2001 attacks.
It was an attempt to get the panel to talk on the circumstances surrounding the buildings' collapse. This group of people believe it was a controlled demolition.
Maher's initial response to the interruptions was this: "Sometimes, here at CBS, I wish the sound wasn't working. I don't even know what that asshole was saying."
It was interesting to see what some are considering a heavy-handed approach, as Maher encouraged his security personnel to apply the appropriate "ass-kicking" or he would do it himself.
Maher called the people challenging him "crazy people," and added that they were in need of mental help.
