When you think of Kid Rock and getting involved with a brawl, a waffle house isn't the first place you think of the event happening in. Yet in Atlanta, after a performance on Saturday night, that's exactly what happened.
After performing at the sold-out show, Rock and his entourage went to a waffle house to eat. A male customer recognized one of the women with Rock and the group, and evidently the woman and the customer exchanged words. That led to an argument that ended up with a fight in the parking lot of the waffle house.
Police were called and Kid Rock and 5 other members of his entourage were arrested. The male customer in the fight was also arrested on felony charges for breaking a window in the restaurant. Kid Rock and his people were charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor in Georgia.
After posting bail, Kid Rock left the jail while signing autographs on the way back to his bus.
What self respecting redneck would not throw down and defend his honor in the presence of skanks at the Waffle House? This is so white trash but great media exposure for Kid Rock. He has a new album to pimp and news like this reinforces his "badass" monicker among his fans.
