The almost unbelieveable event that happened at McDonalds several years ago is legally about to come to a conclusion.
In what was like a scripted show by a hoax caller, he pretended he was a police officer and asked managers by proxy to bring a female employee into a back room and strip-search her.
What happened? As is mentioned here, Louise Ogborn was told "to do exercises in the nude and perform oral sex on him (Walter Nix Jr). He also slapped her several times on her buttocks, at the direction of the caller, the records show."

To cover our butts, the most important thing, as mentioned here, is having a culture of open communication and handling problems immediately as they arise.
This particular case is almost surreal in its absurdity, and strange at a minimum.
Many people in the show business world could be substituted for some of the people in this story. It makes sense to protect ourselves from anything like this happening. We can't assume people will use common sense in the workplace. This extraordinary story proves it.
