
Nathaniel Marston, who plays Dr. Michael McBain on "One Life to Live" on ABC (DIS), was arrested for a brawl in Manhattan.
The complaint filed in a Manhattan Criminal Court says that Marston attacked three men with a crate at sometime around 4:30 a.m. Sunday. It also siad that Marston his one in the back of the neck and another on the hand. The third man suffered more serious injuries being hospitalized with a broken leg.
When police officers arrived at the scene, Marston then resisted arrest by kicking and battling the officers, refusing to be hancuffed. One officer had to receive medical treatment from an injured knee and a cut on the hand.
Marston himself was treated at Bellevue Hospital Center for some abrasions before being taken for a court appearance.
He is charged with four counts of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, menacing and resisting arrest. He was released without bail and is scheduled to return to court on February 4, 2008.
