
Shia LaBeouf, the star of "Transformers" and who also will play a significant role in the upcoming "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," was arrested in a Chicago drug store after refusing to leave when asked to by a security guard.
A Chicago Walgreens (WAG) store was the scene where LaBeouf looked like he was drunk when asked to leave by the guard. When LaBeouf refused to leave the store, the security guard then kept him at the store while calling police.
Because LaBeouf not driving a vehicle, the police didn't have to administer a sobriety test, although he will have to appear in Cook County court on November 28.
The actor was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. and posted bond sometime before 7 a.m. The amount of bond posted wasn't known at this time.
He was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
