For the time being, Warner Music Group won't be including any of its music catalog on the new music download site from Nokia Corp. The sticking point is the potential for illegal downloads.
The major concern is the use of a file-sharing Web site called Mosh, which is another service of Nokia's, which distributes copyrighted material.
A Nokia spokesman, Kari Tuutti said concerning ongoing negotiations: "we are continuing discussions ... and we are hopeful that Warner will be a part of Nokia Music Store in the future."
Nokia's Mosh site is primarily used for Mobile phones, although PC users can access it if they want to.
