The interest in the finale of the British version of "American Idol" is surging, as bets are coming in that favorite Rhydian Roberts is vulnerable, and the brother and sister duo "Same Difference," is closing the gap.
For the finale this year, each of the final three contestants will have perform a duet with a star: "Leon is to pair up with Kylie Minogue, Rhydian will perform alongside Catherine Jenkins, and Same Difference team up with Jason Donovan."
While Simon Cowell is underwhelmed with "Same Difference," calling them "potentially the most annoying people I've ever met," the British public feels much different, and have been enamored with their outgoing personalities and goofy routines.
Similar to American Idol winners, the X Factor winner will win a record contract of £1 million.
On Saturday night the winner will be decided. This year it's too close to call on who will come out ahead.
