Reba McEntire is the lastest music artist to offer an exclusive deal through Hallmark Gold Crown stores. The album, called "Love Revival," will be offered for $7.95 when purchased with three Hallmark cards. Her new album will be sold in the 3,700 Hallmark stores in January and February 2008.
When asked about the deal, McEntire was more than willing to take part in the initiative, but she said surprisingly, she hadn't done many love songs throughout her 31-year career.
"I said, 'I'd love to,"' she recalled, "but the problem is, I didn't have that many love songs that I've recorded during my 31-year career, believe it or not."
Including with her release will be four songs recorded exclusively for this album. In what she calls one of her favorite songs, she'll be doing "I'll Still Be Loving you," from Restless Heart's 1987 No. 1 single. The other three are "Bad for My Own Good," "With You I Am" and "Big Blue Sky."
Reba McEntire and Vince Gill - The Heart Won't Lie
Another favorite duet she performed with Vince Gill will also be on the album, "The Heart Won't Lie, which spend a couple weeks on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in 1993.
McEntire is still one of the most popular music artists, as her latest release, "Reba Duets," launched at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in September.
