A new Web site has been launched in a partnership between entertainer and actress Mandy Moore, and Kraft's Chrystal Light.
Dubbed uPumpItUp.com, it is created to offer women a place to congregate online and and help empower each other through a variety of challenges in several different categories.
Moore said concerning the new initiative that "It's a place where women can visit when they need some 'me time'—and not feel guilty about it.
"Women will feel celebrated and rewarded, and I'm honored to be part of this endeavor."
The four categories being offered are Connect, Express, Inspire and Explore, with each category having a facilitating expert to help guide the conversation.
Within these areas, women can challenge and encourage one another to try things that can bring them out of their comfort zones in things like putting together social functions, dressing right for specific occasions, trying new things, exploring the world, and keeping healthy and balanced in their lives.

Those interacting with the online community can also issue their own challenges to each other, and encourage their own areas of interest with others.
Moore enters into the conversation as well, where she mentions she has had to deal with the fear of going on vacation alone, and where she conquered the fear.
"I was always kind of terrified of going on vacation alone. That thought really scared me, but I wanted to push that bruise and do it anyway," said Moore.
This is definitely a Web site worth checking out, as the healthy and wholesome Moore has been able to keep her bearings while enjoying success; something few in Hollywood have been able to do. She's been a great role model for girls and young women.
It looks like an excellent site for women to visit and explore, while encouraging each other during their life's journey.
Mandy's most recent projects have been the release of her latest album "Wild Hope," while also starring in a couple comedies last year: "License to Wed" and "Because I Said So."
