Joss Whedon continues to add to his stable of "dolls" in the upcoming production of Dollhouse for Fox, which has ordered a seven-episode trial of the new series, with the newest addition being Olivia Williams.
The story centers around a "place where people are imprinted with new identities, including false memories so they don't know who they are. The reason for this is so they can be sent out and perform a number of deeds of a sensitive nature."
Williams' role will be that of Adelle DeWitt, who runs the dollhouse, and is a "ruthless and protective" taskmaster.
Others Whedon recently announced as part of the cast are Enver Gjokaj, Fran Kranz, Tahmoh Penikett and Dichen Lachman, who joined Eliza Dushku, to make up the core characters in the story.
The last role Williams played on the big screen was Dr. Moira MacTaggart in "X-Men: The last Stand." She's probably best known for her part in "The Sixth Sense."
