A female stalker showed up again near the home of John Cusack, and was discovered after a cab driver called police because she refused to pay for her fare.
When deputies arrived at the scene, John Cusack appeared and called them over to let them know he recognize the woman as someone that had been stalking him, and whom he had a restraining order against.
Emily Leatherman was then arrested on suspicion of felony stalking, petty theft, and violating a restraining order. She was being held on $150,000 bond.
"She was arrested and had violated a previous restraining order taken out against her by Mr. Cusack," said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.
The original restraining order filed by Cusack against Leatherman was from a bag she threw onto his property which contained rocks, screwdrivers and love letters. This time around she again threw a bag of something onto Cusack's property, but what was in it wasn't revealed.
Leatherman has had trouble concerning celebrities in the past, as she has been arrested for near the home of Tom Cruise last year in connection with violating a restraining order as well.
