Pasha Grishuk fell sick at the luxury hotel St. Regis Monarch Beach, as she partook in a business meeting.
While she was got sick and started to feel numb, Grishuk spotted a partially dissolved pill in her drink. After it was investigated by police, it was found to be GHB, a drug commonly used in date rape crimes. Another glass she had drank from was also found to have the drug in it as well.
The official name of the drug is gamma hydroxy butyrate, or GHB.
A spokesman for the sherriff's department said, "How somebody was able to do that, I honestly don't know, but it appears that somebody, for whatever reason, attempted to drug her."
