When you look at the Youtube divorce video of playwright Tricia Smith, where she arrogantly, and through a scripted diatribe, lamblasts her husband and his family for his wanting to divorce her and get her out of his house; which she agreed to in a pre-nuptial.
What this professionally cut and performed video shows "is a performance piece by a theater professional."
It looks like poor Tricia is looking for another high-end theater husband through her obvious performance and theatrics.
This has backfired on Smith, as the vast majority of comments I've come across on the web see the obvious show being put on by her, and have nothing but negative invectives to say about her and the video.

Some with legal backgrounds also say this could also cause her legal problems beyond the divorce case, with lawsuits from others, and with judges, who tend to overall frown on and chastise those you attempt to manipulate these types of legal issues, and can rule against those using these avenues to achieve their ends.
It just shows you that celebrity is a double-edged sword, and can cut both ways. In the case of Tricia Smith, the cut is deeply on the wrong side of what she was attempting to accomplish.
As talked about at thealphamarketer, it is also an obvious action by Tricia Smith to get her husband to pay her to go away, by humiliating not only him, but his family.

I wish I had thought of this in time to get my preacher of an ex-husband. I'd say give her some money. I'd hate for her to write a tell-all book. She was after all married to an old man and old men tend have more skeletons in their closets than clothes. Nine years equates to at least a million just for having to look at the sagging skin on his body.
