The One&Only Palmilla, a luxury resort on the Baja Peninsula in Mexico, was the setting for the marriage of Eli Manning and college sweetheart Abby McGrew.
While Abby and her bridesmaids did the usual preparation thing with hair and makeup, Eli was evidently so nervous he spent the early part of the day "hitting the gym by 10 a.m., running furiously on the treadmill, lifting weights and doing push-ups for an hour and-and-a-half," according to the NY Daily News.
The two met while attending Ole Miss, and have been dating ever since before getting engaged in March 2007. Abby is 24 and Eli 27.
Eli's family of famous football father Archie and mother Olivia, along with equally famous brother Peyton and his other brother Cooper, were among the attendees of the event. About 50 people attended the private ceremony.
