With some of Sean Levert's family saying the description of his behavior before he died after a medical emergency in jail was out of character for him, they're asking the FBI to step in and investigate his death.
Jailers asserted that Levert had been acting strange and was hallucinating. After he began pounding on his jail cell, he was put into a restraint chair.
An autopsy report immediately ruled out foul play, the reason being no evidence of trauma was on Levert's body. The toxicology reports will take from about a month to six weeks before it is determined if any substances were in Levert's blood.
According to FBI spokesman Scott Wilson, the FBI will send agents to talk with Levert's family.

The FBI needs to investigate this. Unfortunately this goes on all of the time, but it is usually to some poor sap that can't do anything about it nor his family.
