After extraordinary pressure earlier in the presidential campaigns of Democrats by far left Web sites like DailyKos, Huffington Post and MoveOn to not appear on the Fox News Network, the candidates have completely thrown that pressure to the wind now, as they are appearing on the network one after another.
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have already appeared, and Howard Dean will be on there soon.
What this does is of course slam the leftist, liberal Web sites who thought they were the base of the party and could pull the strings of the candidates to do what they wanted. For a while it looked like it was going to go that way.
Unsurprisingly, once Obama appeared, it opened the floodgates for the others to follow.
These Web sites are ranting as usual, but this time it's a lot of hot air, as the candidates, through their actions, declared they don't consider them important to winning the election. If they had, they would have kept with the orders of these Web sites not to appear on the Fox Network.
The Democrats know they could be made to look too radical and socialist for American tastes, as well as potential haters of America and patriotism.
With the Fox Network having so many more viewers than their competitors, it never made sense that the two Democrats didn't appear on the network in the capacity they are now.
