A little more clarity is coming out from the incident between Christian Bale and his mother and sister, as he says it was his mother that started everything by insulting his wife Sandra 'Sibi' Blazic.
Citing an unnamed source, earlier today the Daily Mail online said Bale cussed out his mother, after "saying some outrageous things about him, and his wife.
"Normally Christian would just call a friend and go out to a pub to cool off. But he was literally trapped into this confrontation with his mother and sister because there was an army of fans and paparazzi outside.
"Christian's attitude is that this was his mother's fault because she became very provocative in an argument they were having."
His mother now denies having made a call to police, but his lawyer contradicts that saying that his mother and sister both made the allegations about him assaulting them, which resulted in him having to go to the London police station to give his side of the story.
Of course Jenny Bale, Christian's mother, could have asked someone else to call, so she technically could deny having done it.
Either way, Bale was released on bail until September, while police investigate the matter. Evidently in Britain you have to make bail even when not charged with a crime, as no charges were filed against Bale.
But hey, can't a superhero come to the rescue of his wife?
