The self-destructive Andy Dick continues on in his usual ways, as he was arrested today for sexual battery and drug use.
The 42-year-old has-been was arrested by police in the parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar for public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and marijuana) and sexual battery. The idiot evidently fondled a 17-year-old young lady and then exposed her.
Citing the police report, E! News said, "the 42-year-old actor approached two girls outside the restaurant before grabbing and pulling down the tank top and bra of the unidentified 17-year-old."
Friends attempted to get the star out of the location before police arrived, but after a short drive to a Sam's Club, the police stopped the truck and confronted Dick, arresting him shortly after 1:00 a.m. today.
The former co-star of "NewsRadio," a TV sitcom, is being held on $5,000 bail.
